- We ship products all over India.

- We need 3-4 working days to dispatch your product. Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 7-12 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. In case you are located in a village, semi-rural area or a pin code that comes under ODA (Outside Delivery Area), there might be a slight delay in delivering your products.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹90 is charged to all your orders.
- If you need urgent delivery of products, additional charges for faster delivery would be applicable. In these cases, please call us before you make a purchase to check the possibility of faster delivery.
- Please reach out to us directly on our phone or email for international orders. We do not cater to international orders from our website. We will hopefully begin to cater them by Mid-2023.
Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping at Swacardz. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- We do not allow returns of our products. If you receive products in a torn or ruined state, please inform us immediately. We will replace them. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org informing us.
- You have 7 calendar days from the date you received it to inform and return an torn or an incompletely received item .
- If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than www.swacardz.com, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.
- The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is lost in transit by us.
- The whole order amount including any delivery charges minus a transaction fee of ₹ 50 will be refunded if the order is cancelled before dispatch
