Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Swacardz. We take great care in packing and shipping your products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns unless:
• The product is received in a torn, damaged, or ruined condition
• The order is incomplete or incorrect
If this happens:
• Please inform us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order
• Email us at [email protected] with:
o Your order ID/Name and products ordered
o Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
o A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement.
Please note:
• We do not offer return pickup services.
• Customers are required to send back damaged or incorrect products themselves, if requested.
Purchases from Third-Party Platforms
If you purchased Swacardz products from a retail store or any third-party website other than www.swacardz.com, please contact that seller directly. Their policies will apply.
Order Lost in Transit
If your prepaid order is confirmed as lost in transit by our shipping partner, we will issue a full refund including delivery charges.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse. To cancel:
• Email us immediately at [email protected]
If cancelled before dispatch:
• The full order amount will be refunded
• A processing fee of ₹50 will be deducted to cover payment gateway and handling charges
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for:
• Cancelled prepaid orders (before dispatch)
• Orders lost in transit
• Verified damaged or incomplete deliveries
Refunds are processed only for online prepaid orders made on our website. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after approval.
