How many different kinds of card games are available?

As of now, there are two games available. Conversationz 1.0 is available to buy. Aamchi Mumbai is a free print n play game that you can download.

Who can play Conversationz 1.0?

Conversationz 1.0 can be played by anyone above 12 years of age. It has been well received by young and elders alike. You can play it with family, friends, colleagues, and even strangers.

I am new to card games, are the rules difficult?

Not at all, these are simple card games and each card game has rule book/rule cards to explain. Additionally, you can watch our game demo videos on our YouTube channel Swacardz – YouTube

Are there any card games for Children?

No, not as of now. Although, we are working on designing some games for pre-teens and teens and they will be out soon.

Can you design card games for us?

Yes, apart from selling in-house card games, we offer to design card games for you and your organization. We don’t manufacture products but we can assist by connecting our vendors to the job. There are factors that would help us make the decision on this – match with our values, our strength, and know-how, our role, quantity, commission, etc. Reach out to us at [email protected] with a proposal.

Can I get a discount on games?

Definitely. Look out for special offers on festivals. If you have bought a card game from us already, scan the QR code on the back of the card box and get exclusive offers and opportunities from us. And with all this, you are already earning rewards on our site to redeem it.

How is pre-order different from ordering? Why should I Pre-order a game?

Pre-orders validate our game, help us put back the money into our products, and keep the overall costs down on us as well as the customer. Pre-orders generally would take 45-60 days to be ready to ship and are available at unique and exclusive offers.

How can I make payments?

Our payment gateway Razorpay is secure and trusted. You can make payments through UPI, Net Banking, Credit, and Debit Cards. Cash on Delivery (COD) isn’t an option. If you find any issues with payment or are unable to find your bank, please reach out to us immediately at [email protected]

Is Shipping free?

Shipping is free for all orders on www.swacardz.com

Do you provide GST Tax invoice?

Yes, we provide a Tax invoice to all our customer

Do you provide international shipping?

Not yet, but we plan to set up processes for international orders soon.

How do I place bulk orders?

Please write to [email protected]. Swacardz has proven to be a great gift for people. 40% of our orders are gift orders from returning customers.

My package is damaged. What do I do?

Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product/parts replaced as soon as possible.

Do you allow returns?

We do not allow returns of our products. We provide replacements for any manufacturing or postal-related defects.
