Yes. You can purchase our in-house products directly from www.swacardz.com. You can check our non-available products on ‘Our creations’ page.
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept debit cards, credit cards, UPI, and net banking. However, there might be some banks that are not supported by our Razorpay. In case of a transaction failure, please try another method. We do not do Cash on Delivery orders.
Yes, we ship all over India. Orders are usually dispatched within 3–4 working days, and delivery typically takes 7–15 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Tracking details are shared over your mentioned email id once your order is shipped.
Express delivery may be available at additional cost. Please email us at [email protected] before placing your order to confirm feasibility and charges.
Yes, we ship to select countries. For international orders, please contact us at [email protected] for product pricing, shipping charges, and estimated customs duties.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. If cancelled before dispatch, a ₹50 processing fee will be deducted. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
We currently do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or torn; or the order is incomplete or incorrect. Please inform us within 7 days of delivery with photos for verification.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.Refunds apply only to prepaid orders. If your prepaid order is confirmed lost by our courier partner, we will issue a full refund including shipping charges.
